We have modeled our staff training program after the Forbes Mobile Travel Training System to bring the gold standard to our janitorial cleaning and hospitality services. Our hands-on leadership approach provides ongoing training to maximize efficiency, to increase productivity, and to foster a culture of excellence.

IES holds memberships in BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), IESA (International Facility Management Association) and ISSA (International Sanitary Supply Association).

Facility maintenance should be a highly personable industry.
Technology is vital, but it is the people who make or break a service. We take great pride investing in our people as well as our equipment and technology.

Elbert Jones

Business Development

Elbert has over 36 years of leadership within Business Development, Sales & Operations planning, and Real Estate Investment. He is focused on meeting customer expectations through balancing demand, capacity and logistics while orchestrating an effective customer service delivery. He remains an active member in leadership peer groups and is a board member for CASA, advocating for children’s legal rights in the court system.

Outside of the office, Elbert enjoys spending time with his wife of 34 years, three children, and four grandchildren. He enjoys a good round of golf and keeping up to date on current politics.

Judy Purcell

Judy comes to Integrative Environmental Systems with extensive Executive Leadership experience within the Janitorial, Property Management, Accounting and Human Resource fields.

Judy is responsible for the company’s sales and operations, including end-to-end management of the supply chain, sales activities, and service and support in all markets. She plays a key role in the continued development of strategic supplier relationships, ensuring flexibility in response to an increasingly demanding marketplace.

She has been a resident of Las Vegas for over 45 years. Outside of the office, Judy enjoys spending time with her daughter and grandson, playing a round of golf, or indulging in her love of hot air balloons.

Nick has over 25 years in the hospitality industry, with Senior Operation and General Manager roles serving Hyatt Hotels, IHG, Marriott, Benchmark Hospitality, Fertitta Hospitality, and the Broadmoor. From big box primary convention hotels to large resorts, to business and luxury lifestyle leisure travel properties, Nick remains committed to an industry that serves our staff and clients and has contributed his talents throughout the Texas Gulf Coast, Colorado, the Hawaiian Islands, California, Washington, Tennessee, Florida, and Calgary Alberta, Canada.

Outside of work Nick enjoys the great outdoors, family, friends, and watching his son, Noah, grow and experience sports and more.

Angela Davros

With over 25 years of combined business experience, Angela brings her expertise from the cleaning and hospitality industries to the Executive Leadership Team at IES. A first generation to the United States, with a father from Greece and mother from the Czech Republic, she inherited a strong work ethic and customer service skills. With these strong skills, Angela oversees employee staffing & training, safety, and customer contracts & support. strategic initiatives such as: safety strategies and improvements, sustainability, business development strategies, and utilizing technology to enhance client outcomes.

Angela is a Denver native. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son Nyk who plays Division 1 baseball, bike riding, going on walks with her dogs and spending quality time with her family.
